In true “BlogRollers” style, our girl ChatterBox Christie is hitting the road on a cross-country “Good Samaritan” road trip to the National Association of Black Journalists Convention in San Diego courtesy of OnStar. OnStar has selected Christie along with five other journalists to drive in fully equipped Buick Enclaves from Atlanta to San Diego stopping in various cities along the way doing some good deeds along the way. Among the projects they will participate in are volunteering at an Alabama food bank, rebuilding homes damaged by Hurricane Katrina in Mississippi, and helping women with Autism who run a community farm come up with unique ideas to sell their produce in local markets.

You can follow The ChatterBox’s amazing adventure with her new friends on Twitter using the hashtag #OnStarServes
